Shipping Times & Rates
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Orders are shipped within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Service and usually arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. Orders going to the Yukon, Northwest or Nunavut Territories take appx. 1 extra week to arrive. Flat rate $15.
Orders are shipped to the USA via Canada Post Air Mail and usually arrive within 1-2 weeks of being shipped. Flat rate $20.
Orders are shipped Internationally via Canada Post Air Mail and usually arrive within 2-6 weeks of being shipped. Flat rate $40.
Tracking numbers are not available.
If you place an order on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday.
If you place an order on Friday, it will ship on Tuesday.
Rush shipping via UPS is only available for orders that are being shipped within Canada. Your order must be received by noon to ship the same business day. It should arrive within 1 business day. PLEASE provide a day time address where someone can sign for the package. Flat rate $95.
If you place an order Monday night, it will ship on Tuesday.
If you place an order Tuesday at 10am, it will ship on Tuesday.
If you place an order Tuesday at 1pm, it will ship on Wednesday.
In Store Pick-Up
If are in the Edmonton area, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you come into the store to shop rather than placing an order online. It’s great that you have the opportunity to try things on, and see products that are not on the website. We have a discreet and understanding sales staff that will be happy to help you with your purchase. If you would still rather pick up an order, please specify which location you will be coming to (Downtown or Old Strathcona) in the comments section of the order form. Your order will be processed the same as if it were being shipped, and will be ready within 2 business days, not the same day. All in store order pickups must be paid for in advance online and are subject to a $5 processing and handling fee.
Customs Message - for orders being shipped outside of Canada
Occasionally orders are stopped and/or delayed by customs and in some cases duty will be charged by customs in your country. If this is a concern for you, contact your local customs office for additional information. Any duty charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.
