Ordering
We accept the following forms of payment for on-line orders:

• a credit card via PayPal
• a credit card via fax
• international money order by mail

We do not accept cheques. Orders are filled on a first come first served basis. Once payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled.

Once your bill has been sent, we will hold your item for 24 hours while we wait for you to submit payment.
You will never be billed for an item that is not in stock unless you are placing a special order and are aware of the time frame for delivery.

Shipping
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment being received (sooner if you have paid for rush delivery). Special order items will be shipped when they arrive. Corsets that are made to order will take 4 - 10 weeks to arrive. Any other special order items usually arrive within 4-6 weeks. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when available.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post (mail). Delivery time is dependent upon the destination country. Most shipments arrive within 2 weeks in Canada or the US, and within 4 weeks internationally. Shipping via UPS is also available for a higher fee.

Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the destination. All orders will be subject to the following minimum fees:

• Canada: $10
• Continental US: $20
• Most international destinations, Alaska or Hawaii: $30

Shipping must always be paid for in advance. COD not available. No exceptions.

Rush Orders
If you require an item for a upcoming event that is rapidly approaching, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your options. Rush shipping - less than 3 days - will always cost at least $50. If this is too high, please do not inquire about having an item rushed.

Layaway
If you are interested in making a purchase but don't have all the money now, you can take advantage of our convenient layaway plan. This plan lets you pay for your purchase in a series of installments based on your needs. Once you've made your final payment, the item is yours!

Layaway Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost of the merchandise is required to put an item(s) on layaway
• Merchandise on layaway will be held for a maximum period of 6 weeks
• It is not the responsibility of Nightshade Corsets to contact the customer if payment is missed
• In the event that merchandise is not paid for in full by the expiry date, the layaway agreement will be cancelled and all previous deposits will be forfeit
• No refund of a layaway deposit will be available at any time for any reason
• No substitutions of merchandise on layaway is allowed.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are an excellent way of helping that special someone choose the perfect gift. Available in any denomination, gift certificates can be used to pay for any item, partially or in full. Once paid for you will be mailed a lovely certificate with a matching envelope to give as a gift. The certificate contains a single use code which will be required to redeem the certificate.

Returns
All sales are final - no refunds. Due to the custom and/or intimate nature of many of our products exchanges are not usually available either. Please check before placing your order if you think this may be an issue for you.
If a special order item is not available for reasons beyond our control, a refund will be available. Payments made by PayPal or credit card will be refunded to the same account. Payments made by money order will be refunded by a money order.

Customs Message - for orders being shipped outside of Canada
Occasionally orders are stopped and/or delayed by customs and in some cases duty will be charged by customs in your country. If this is a concern for you, we recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information. All duty charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Nightshade Corsets Inc..

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or share any of your personal information. All orders are sent in a plain brown box with the return address reading “Nightshade”.
