Refund Policy

All sales are final - no refunds. Exchange or credit available for most items that are returned unworn and in their original condition within 21 days of purchase.

If you need to exchange an item:

• E-mail us ASAP. Exchanges will only be available if we are contacted within one week of you receiving the item. You will be given a return authorization number and instructions regarding how to send back the item.
• If you have placed an order online, please continue to correspond with us via e-mail. Our store staff will not be able to access your order information. If you need to talk to a staff member in person, e-mail with a daytime phone number you can be reached at and we will contact you.
• If you made a purchase online, you cannot exchange it in store without a return authorization number.
• All additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
Example: if you send an item back for an exchange, you will have to pay to ship the item back to us AND pay the shipping & handling fees to send the new item back to you.
• If you cannot choose another item at the time of return, a credit note will be issued. Credit notes do not expire.

For practical reasons, the following items are a final sale and CANNOT BE EXCHANGED:

• Hosiery
• Pasties
• Wigs
• Hats & Headpieces
• Underwear
• Silicone products (bras and breast forms)
• BDSM novelties
• Latex
• All items from the "Sexy Costumes" section of our website
• Special order items
• Discounted items

To ensure the best fit, we recommend you include your bust (widest part around) , waist (just above your belly button) and hip (8" below your waist) measurements so we can compare them to the actual garment before shipping.

Nightshade Corsets Inc, reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any item. Please note, we deal with these products everyday, and can easily tell if they have been worn and not just tried on.
