This asain-inspired top has a mandarin collar, a key hole neckline and short sleeves. It is made out of wet look:
a material that is kind of like a cross between PVC and rubber. It's shiny when you wear it, but it is much more stretchy
(and comfortable) than PVC, and much more sturdy than rubber.
