Red Wet Look Dress 997
This dress has a high collar with decorative buckles, a cut-ou front and lace-up detailing. The back has a low cut out and
a hook and eye closure. It is made out of wet look: a material that is kind of like a cross between PVC and rubber. It's
shiny when you wear it, but it is much more stretchy (and comfortable) than PVC, and much more sturdy than rubber.
